Quantity Surveyor - Mechanical

Job Title: Mechanical Quantity Surveyor

Work Location: Bengaluru

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in Mechanical Quantity Surveying.

Technical Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), Plumbing systems (water supply and drainage), Firefighting systems, Gas systems etc.
• Proven experience in preparing quantity take-offs for all the above systems.
• Proficient in industry-standard software: Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel
• Experience in preparing technical specifications for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, Fire protection, and LPG. (Preferred)
• Familiarity with medical gas systems will be considered an added advantage.
