About the Role
Job Summary
XAD Technologies is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with hands-on experience in CCTV, ICT, IT Infrastructure, and ELV Projects . The ideal candidate will be responsible for project estimation, BOQ preparation, cost analysis, tendering, and commercial management of technology and low-current system projects across Pakistan.
The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of surveillance systems, networking, structured cabling, access control, and ICT infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents for CCTV, ICT, IT, and ELV projects
Analyze project drawings, technical specifications, and scope of work for accurate cost estimation
Prepare project budgets, commercial proposals, and cost plans
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for material and cost planning
