Quantity Surveyor – Intermediate or Junior

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Intermediate or Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team working across a range of residential and commercial projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting hands-on experience, career development, and the chance to work alongside experienced Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Site Managers, and our wider management team.

About the Role

This is a varied and busy role where no two days are the same. You will assist with the successful delivery of projects from tendering through to completion while gaining valuable exposure to all aspects of the construction process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing accurate, competitive, and professional quotes, estimates, and tenders within project deadlines
• Reviewing plans, specifications, and compliance requirements
• Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
