MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for our client, a leading contractor delivering construction and civil engineering projects across the UK & Ireland.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing commercial team, taking ownership of project costs and supporting the successful delivery of residential, commercial, and infrastructure schemes.

• Procure and manage subcontractors from appointment to final account
• Prepare valuations, applications for payment, and variations
• Monitor costs and ensure effective commercial control
• Work closely with site and project teams to drive delivery
• Conduct site visits to track progress, quality, and spend
• Ensure compliance with contracts and internal procedures

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
