Quantity Surveyor

We are looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in Pre & post-contract work within the real estate development sector for our client based in Dubai which is one of the largest semi government organization in the region .

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable .

The role is within the Contract & Procurement department . As a quantity surveyor, you will be responsible for day-to-day functional leadership of estimating and quantity surveying skill sets to enable the organisation to achieve project delivery goals.

• Support cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities across multiple projects
