Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter

• Quantity measurement, costing and estimation for both pre-contract and post-contract
• Track changes to the Design/Construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
• Procurement responsibilities, including preparing tender documents or calling for quotation for subcontract packages, evaluating through cost comparison and recommending awards
• Certificate and evaluate progress work done; includes contract administration for any variation or change for both Subcontracts and Main Contracts
• Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in a timely manner
• Drafting for P&S System

• Autocad
• Microsoft Office
• English speaking (Mandarin speaking is a plus)
• Minimum 2 years experience in construction industry (Knowledge in Plumbing and Sanitary System is a plus)
