Quantity Surveyor (Cost Planning/ A1 Maincon)

Key Responsibilities
Perform quantity take-offs for projects.
Source quotations for relevant trade works, including conducting price comparisons and cost analyses.
Raise tender queries and identify design discrepancies in a timely manner for clarification.
Manage tender correspondences and handle addenda to reflect updates to tender documents.
Assist in the preparation and compilation of tender submissions, including tender qualifications.
Carry out additional Quantity Surveying duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-3 years of experience in main building tenders.
Strong ability to interpret specifications and building drawings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with digital software such as CostX or Glodon is preferred.
Experience in building construction is required.
