- Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
- Working Location: Senoko
- Working Hours: 6 days (Mon - Sat, 8.30am - 5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,500 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates, valuations, and financial reports for aluminium facade and glazing projects
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost control
- Provide technical and commercial advice to project managers and stakeholders
- Ensure work complies with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies
- Work with different teams to support project completion on time and within budget
- Identify ways to reduce costs and improve work processes
