Job Title: Quality Systems SupervisorPosition Summary
The Quality Systems Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO, cGMP, ICH, and other regulatory standards. This role leads QMS processes including document control, training, CAPA, deviations, audits, and supplier quality, while driving continuous improvement initiatives. The position also owns the administration and optimization of the MasterControl eQMS platform.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead and manage core QMS functions, including document control, training, CAPA, deviations, change control, audits, and supplier quality
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and audit readiness activities
+ Oversee the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the MasterControl eQMS system, including transition from paper-based processes
