Quality System Senior Analyst (based in Ipoh)

• Managing and perform Internal audit for QMS ISO 9001 to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage the audit from external parties (ISO 9001, product safety audit and customer audit) including responding to checklist and logistic arrangements.
• Managing the process compliance audit and reporting.
• Follow-up with cross-functional team on the corrective and preventive actions to ensure closure of non-conformities.
• Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard requirements
• Preferably with minimum 1 year of QMS experience
