Join our dynamic team as a Plant Vehicle Team (PVT) Engineer within our North American Engineering organization. As a PVT Engineer, you will be co-located in the Vehicle Assembly Plant, working closely with the vehicle production team. You will be the 'first line of defense' for ensuring functional system quality for the products produced at the assembly plant. Your role will involve analyzing and resolving quality issues related to components and processes, focusing primarily on Body Exterior Trim, Decals, Bumpers, Latches, and Sealing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Development, Quality, Program, or Manufacturing.
- Ability to conduct root cause analyses and develop corrective actions.
- Experience working directly in the automotive industry, preferably with ***.
