About the Role
We are seeking an experienced lead to take full ownership of Serial Life Quality and lead issue resolution for legacy vehicles in the India-Asia Pacific (IAP) region, specifically in the InfoConnectivity & ADAS domains . This role requires a proactive leader who can manage end-to-end quality operations, drive cross-functional alignment, and leverage AI-powered tools and analytics for faster problem solving, and ensure top-notch customer experience through effective resolution and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full control and management of Quality for Software Serial Life and lead the animation of resolution activities
