**Primary Function:** To perform checks, tests, gauging, and instrument inspections of materials, goods in process, and finished goods.
**Job Duties:**
+ Performs audits, tests, and inspections of materials, goods in process, or finished goods within the value stream (receiving through final system assembly) assuring quality first by determining compliance to drawings, procedures, and specifications.
+ Applies established inspection procedures and uses simple inspection/testing tools and instruments of a “go/no go” nature.
+ Develops and/or uses test and inspection set-ups utilizing mechanical and/or electrical test measurement equipment.
+ Inspection methods and limits require good judgment and interpretation.
