About the Role
**Description:** • Supervise, lead, and direct the Quality Engineers as they support Orion Assembly, Test, & Launch Operations (ATLO) at Kennedy Space Center (KSC) ensuring the build, assembly, and test of all hardware & software meets quality requirements.
• Lead KSC Quality team in tracking and reduction of Q Note non-conformance to maintain green status per LOB goals.
• Provide Weekly Activity Reports to Program Management, highlighting critical activities and major occurrences
• Identify Programmatic Issues, capturing them in a professional concise manner and present them at the month Orion Corrective Action Board
• Lead Root Cause Analysis Events for CARs, Incidents, Qnotes, etc.
• Utilize Data Analytics to identify areas of concern, driving and implementing effective RCCA
• Review and approval of Drawing Problem Reports, Changes Task, Test Procedure reviews, manufacturing work instructions reviews, PO closure, and Lab users’ activities.
