Quality Engineer

A leading EMS company based in Switzerland is seeking a Quality Engineer .

Main Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships regarding quality, acting as the primary interface and ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Analyze customer‑reported non‑conformities, identify root causes, and define corrective actions (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, etc.)
• Be responsible for product quality management during sampling phases, mass production, and throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Coordinate continuous improvement activities and contribute to the reduction of customer complaints
• Manage customer audits and participate in the execution of internal audit

Mandatory Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or diploma in electronics/mechanical field
• ISO 9001:2015 Auditor certification
• In‑depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard
