About the Role
A leading EMS company based in Switzerland is seeking a Quality Engineer . The selected candidate will act as the main point of contact for all quality-related activities concerning assigned customers, ensuring effective management of non-conformities and the definition of corrective and preventive actions.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships regarding quality, acting as the primary interface and ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer-reported non-conformities, identify root causes, and define corrective actions. (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, etc.)
- Be responsible for product quality management during sampling phases, mass production, and throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Coordinate continuous improvement activities and contribute to the reduction of customer complaints
- Manage customer audits and participate in the execution of internal audit
