About the Role
Description/Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the main contact for customers on quality issues.
+ Lead corrective actions (CARs) and ensure problems are resolved quickly.
+ Manage customer complaints, returns, and non-conforming products.
+ Lead APQP and PPAP activities for new product launches.
+ Ensure all PPAP documentation is completed and submitted on time.
+ Coordinate Run@Rate activities and launch readiness reviews.
+ Maintain compliance with IATF 16949 requirements.
+ Oversee SPC, process capability studies, MSA, calibration systems, and inspection standards.
+ Own key quality documents such as PFMEAs, Control Plans, Process Flows, Standard Work, and Work Instructions.
+ Lead root cause investigations using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
