About the Role
QUALIFICATION:
A bachelor degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing or systems Engineering.
Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and utilize advanced mechanical inspection tools (e.g. CMM, calipers)
Proficiency in Statistical Process control (SPC), FMEA (failure mode and effects Analysis) and process Capability
Lean Six sigma Green/black belt or ASQ (American Society for Quality) certification is highly preferred.
Exceptional cross-functional communication and critical thinking to influence production team and resolve conflicts smoothly.
Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in: Electroplating or surface finishing industry, Metal Fabrication with plating process, Chemical process Manufacturing
Responsibilities:
Develop inspection plans, work instruction, and testing processes to monitor product quality throughout the entire manufacturing lifecycle.
