Quality Coordinator
The Quality Coordinator is the administrative and operational backbone of the quality department, ensuring documentation rigor, daily compliance, audit support, training, and CAPA follow-up.
Essential Responsibilities of the Quality Coordinator
- Document Control and Quality System Maintenance
- Administer, update, and harmonize SOPs, forms, work instructions, and records.
- Ensure documentation complies with standards (HACCP, SQF, FSSC, CFIA, Organic, SMETA, clients).
- Manage the document lifecycle: creation, revision, approval, distribution, archiving.
- Maintain an always audit-ready document system.
- Support for Internal and External Audits
- Prepare files, evidence, records, and action plans.
- Coordinate audit logistics (internal, client, third-party).
