The Quality Controller is responsible for inspecting completed upholstered products to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards, customer requirements, and safety regulations before they are packed and shipped. This role is essential in verifying the product’s overall appearance, functionality, and structural integrity, ensuring that only top-quality products reach the customer. Final Product Inspection Verify that all furniture and upholstery items meet company quality standards before dispatch. Check for structural integrity, finish quality, stitching accuracy, and overall aesthetics. In-Process Quality Monitoring Conduct inspections during key production stages (frame assembly, machining, sanding, finishing, foam-up, oiling, sewing, and upholstery).
