Duties and Responsibilities
Surface Preparation Inspection

• Verifies that surface preparation methods (e.g., abrasive blasting, grinding) meet required standards.


• Inspects for surface cleanliness, profile height, and checks for surface contaminants like oil, dust, or moisture before coating.

Coating Application Control

• Ensures the correct paint or coating systems are used as per project specifications.


• Monitors environmental conditions during application, including temperature, humidity, and dew point.
