The Senior Quality Improvement Lead is a line-embedded leadership role responsible for driving quality loss prevention, reduction, and eradication across assigned Cracker lines (Lines 4, 6, and 7) and Ingredient Handling. This role balances day-to-day execution with long-term system governance, partnering with line-centric organizations to eliminate systemic quality issues using IL6S (Integrated Lean Six Sigma) methodologies.
