WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Monitoring and support of internal and customer quality requirements, in products and processes, in accordance with the Group's quality planning model.
Ensure the resolution (containment, correction and prevention) of non-conformities, whether internal or external, and with priority over those that are the subject of customer complaints, relating to the product, process or service within its sphere of competence, through the application of structured methods of problem resolution.
