Quality Assurance Officer

Job Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that the company operates in compliance with BSP Rules and Regulations, and that the company appraisal standards for jewelry, gadgets, forex and other services are implemented across all branches. All assessments must be documented and reported accordingly, and the incumbent is also tasked with assessing and recommending improvements related to total branch operations.

Specific Duties And Responsibilities

• Conducts physical and digital Branch Compliance Audits to ensure that all branches comply with BSP and other government requirements.
• Conducts physical and digital counting and appraisal of all jewelry, gadgets, and forex to ascertain accuracy and completeness in accordance with company prescribed policies and guidelines.
