About the Role

Job Description:

  • Support the implementation and oversight of food safety (HACCP & ISO 22000) and quality assurance programmes across the Central Kitchen and outlets (local and overseas)
  • Train staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food hygiene, and proper food handling practices
  • Assist with quality assurance testing programmes and new product development initiatives
  • Perform routine inspections
  • Investigate feedback from customers, outlets, and the Central Kitchen
  • Ensure compliance with all SOPs across the Central Kitchen and outlets
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors on maintenance matters related to food safety and quality assurance issues

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Food Science & Technology or any related fields.
  • Minimum 3 year of experience as Quality Assurance role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
