Quality Assurance Engineer (Solaris)

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with internal quality management systems and applicable standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001, customer-specific requirements).
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality plans, control plans, and inspection criteria across wafer fabrication, assembly, and test processes.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (RCA, CAPA) for internal defects, customer complaints, and audit findings using structured problem‑solving tools (8D, 5‑Why, Fishbone).
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics such as yield, defect density, DPPM, scrap, and rework; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support new product introduction (NPI), process qualification, and change management activities (ECN/MCO) to ensure quality readiness.
