Quality Assurance Engineer (IQC & Wafer Test Process)
Job Description
**Lead quality control for incoming materials and wafer-level testing processes** to guarantee incoming material integrity and maximize semiconductor front-end yields. In this role, you will bridge the gap between supplier material excellence and backend assembly preparation by monitoring incoming quality and managing the technical quality controls of wafer testing (sorting, probing, and dicing preparation).
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Monitor and maintain product and process quality to ensure compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
+ Investigate incoming quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformance cases, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
