About the Role
Post Market Surveillance (PMS): To perform work in Post Market Surveillance, so as to deliver satisfactory quality work / investigation in the field of market returned products and within an agreed timeline. Scope of work includes, but not limited to, the following: a. Investigation of Field Returned Product: Take ownership to track status of inbound / outbound delivery of returned components / products.
Verify consumer complaint symptom.
Maintain field returned master database.
Provide preliminary data analysis based on field returned master database.
Owns preparation for QCT meeting (Quality Complaint Team):
Compile & send list of samples to be reviewed.
Provide pre-investigation outcome (e.g., confirmation of consumer complaint / checks and measurement data).
Support QCT per instruction / requirement of engineers
For Safety field returns in addition to above steps, take ownership and update status in Safety return handling system in SAP. Ensure update of Safe...
