About the Role
Main Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory equipment maintenance, cleaning and calibration as and when required.
- Support the general laboratory activities, including laboratory housekeeping and staging of chemicals, reagents, and consumables.
- Support inventory management, contract lab management and waste management for QC laboratory.
- Participate and contribute to laboratory continuous improvement with regards to safety and operational efficiency.
- Have an understanding of good manufacturing practices, good laboratory practices, good documentation practice and data integrity requirements.
- Have an understanding of the role Quality Control plays in ensuring product quality and safety for patients.
- Gain technical skills in a laboratory setting, including operation of laboratory equipment and maintaining inventory of chemicals and consumables.
