Description
- Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify and document defects in a timely manner and collaborate with the development team for resolution.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts based on project requirements.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to stakeholders on quality and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance best practices in the BPO sector.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
