Support students with a range of abilities, including those with additional learning needs.
Monitor progress, set achievable targets, and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a positive and motivating learning environment. QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or PGCE in a core subject is essential.
Experience teaching Maths and/or English at secondary GCSE level.
Strong subject knowledge and abiity to adapt lessons to different learners.
