Interpret and work from commercial building plans and drawings
Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures (timber, steel, composites)
Complete framework, fit-outs, formwork, partitions, and general carpentry
Coordinate with other trades and site supervisors to meet project timelines
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and site procedures
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment
(Leading Hand) Supervise small teams and ensure quality standards on-site
(Leading Hand) Assist in scheduling, materials planning, and job tracking Experience in commercial carpentry (minimum 3 years preferred)
