HSE Supervision & Site Monitoring
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor and supervise all HSE aspects of contractors’ activities.
- Ensure contractors comply with contractual HSE requirements and company standards.
- Verify that all employees follow internal group HSE policies and procedures.
- Identify risks, non-compliance issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Plan, organize, and lead HSE awareness days and campaigns for all employees.
- Deliver training sessions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
- Promote a proactive safety culture across all levels of the organization.
- Ensure proper follow-up and compliance with mandatory medical examinations for all employees.
