About the Role
• Develop, implement, and maintain the QHSE management systems in line with applicable ISO standards and regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and certification requirements relevant to inspection and testing activities
• Monitor and enforce QHSE policies across all operations and project sites
• Plan and conduct internal audits, management reviews, and corrective and preventive action programs
• Act as the focal point for clients, regulators, and accreditation bodies on QHSE matters
• Ensure implementation of risk assessments, method statements, and operational controls
• Investigate incidents, non-conformities, and near misses, and ensure effective corrective actions
• Maintain QHSE documentation, records, and reporting systems
• Support QHSE training, awareness, and competency development for staff
• Monitor QHSE performance indicators and drive continual improvement initiatives
