Job Summary
- Lead accessibility testing for web, mobile, and enterprise applications
- Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1, AODA, and Accessible Canada Act standards
- Perform manual and automated accessibility testing using tools like Axe, WAVE
- Validate accessibility using assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver)
- Identify, document, and prioritize accessibility defects and risks
- Collaborate with developers, UX, and product teams to drive remediation
