QAQC Manager, Singapore
Key Responsibilities- Establish the quality assurance system in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements and formulate the Project Quality Plan .
- Develop, review, and revise the Inspection & Test Plan , attend QA/QC meetings, and provide advice on quality control issues.
- Ensure quality of works aligns with the Quality Management Plan , including method statements, inspection & testing plans, and checklists.
- Oversee handling, storage, and handover processes of construction materials.
- Monitor the implementation of the Project Quality and Environmental Plan .
- Prepare quality plans to meet project and client requirements on QA and QC .
- Conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and ensure timely close-outs.
- Witness and approve all site inspections within the assigned disciplines.
