About the Role
- Conduct quality inspections at precast manufacturing plants in Malaysia to ensure precast components comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor and control the quality of construction works to ensure compliance with project specifications, relevant codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Carry out inspections, quality checks, and testing activities for ongoing construction works.
- Attend inspections and coordinate closely with Resident Engineers (RE), Resident Technical Officers (RTO), consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, test reports, non-conformance reports (NCR), and other quality documentation.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely closure of quality issues.
