About the Role
- Preparing and implementing Project Quality plan
- Setting-up establishing and monitoring all project QA QC
- Implementing project procedures and PQP on approval by the Client
- Reviewing Method Statements, preparing corresponding Inspection amp Test Plans and checklists forms and obtaining approval from Client as required
- Planning and allocating various QA QC activities to team members
- Orientating training staff, workmen and subcontractor personnel on quality requirements
- Coordinating with the site team for effective implementation of the approved PQP
- Coordinating with subcontractors for implementation applicable parts of the PQP
- Identifying, calibrating, reviewing and maintaining a list of testing and measuring equipment
