Job Description
- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve Quality and Food Safety Management Systems in compliance with standards such as BRC, FSSC 22000, IFS, SQF, and FSMA.
- Conduct internal audits and monitor compliance with quality procedures, SOPs, and food safety requirements across departments.
- Supervise quality and food safety activities within the factory and coordinate with related departments to resolve quality issues.
- Lead external audits from certification bodies and customers, ensuring audit readiness and compliance.
- Handle customer complaints, non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Analyze quality data, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and Kaizen activities.
