QA Supervisor (Pasig)

TASQ is actively searching for a quality assurance supervisor to join their team in Pasig, with an immediate start date anticipated. Candidates should be prepared for a phone pre-screening interview, so please keep your lines open.

Work Setup: Onsite (Pasig)

Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Monday through Friday) & 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (two working Saturdays each month)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and map out necessary procedures and forms in accordance with ISO standards.
• Plan and carry out internal audits along with other quality assurance and ISO-related activities.
• Assess audit results and implement suitable corrective measures.
• Create, suggest, and oversee corrective actions.
• Investigate customer complaints and issues related to non-conformance.
• Compile reports to convey the results of quality assurance activities.
