QA Specialist - Real-Time Quality & Coaching

ThinkLogic Media Group is looking for dedicated individuals for full-time roles in Cagayan de Oro City. Successful candidates will influence agents to deliver quality leads and ensure real-time validation of generated leads.

The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and be able to maintain composure in stressful situations. This position requires collaboration with call center team leaders and preparing quality reports for management.

The working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
