The QA Lead is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance function across Tether Data. This role ensures that product releases meet defined quality standards through the development and execution of test strategies, frameworks, and automation. The QA Lead works closely with the teams, Dev‑Ops and Product to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.
The QA Lead serves as the quality champion within Tether Data and plays a key role in shaping the overall testing culture and processes.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive QA strategy: establish and continuously refine the overall QA vision, goals, and strategy to align with product and engineering objectives, balancing manual and automated testing approaches.
- Plan and manage testing activities: oversee test planning, prioritization, and execution across projects. Ensure test coverage aligns with business impact, release timelines, and risk assessment.
