About the Role
Salary Range: PHP 50,000 and up
Work Location: Clarkfield, Pampanga
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related Engineering course.
At least ten (10) years of experience as a QA Manager in a leadframe or semiconductor manufacturing company.
Male or female, preferably at least 30 years old.
Training / Skills Needed
Strong supervisory and managerial skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 requirements.
ISO 9001 /1ATF 16949 / ISO 14001 Awareness Training.
Root Cause Analysis and Failure Analysis training.
Statistical Process Control (SPC) training.
Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) training.
Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) training.
Measurement System Analysis (MSA) training.
Risk Management training.
