QA Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior QA Analyst to support a Data and cloud migration initiative within a large financial services environment. This role focuses on validating data pipelines, infrastructure, and cloud-based workflows, particularly on AWS. The ideal candidate brings strong ETL testing skills, cloud migration experience, and the ability to build automation frameworks from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies for data migration and infrastructure validation
• Perform end-to-end testing of ETL pipelines and cloud data workflows
• Build automation frameworks using Python and Selenium
• Collaborate with DataOps, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure quality across systems
• Document test plans, results, and contribute to QA best practices
