POSITION DESCRIPTION:QA ANALYST

REPORT STRUCTURE
The role reports to the Applications Manager and has no subordinates
PURPOSE:
QA Analyst, supporting development of new custom applications within the Sales and Commercial and Product Development portfolio
Work alongside the BAs, business and development team to ensure high quality is delivered in a timely manner.

KEY SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement testing plans for the project
• Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of the project
• Executes test cases under varying circumstances
• Detect, log and report program bugs and glitches
• Performs tests for new and existing features
• Documents and evaluates test results
• Track defects and helps troubleshoot errors
• Reviews test procedures and develops test scripts
