Title: AI Architect (GenAI & Enterprise Strategy)

I am currently retained by a global leader in intelligent cloud-based platforms to find a ServiceNow AI Architect to join their team in DACH. This organization provides innovative technology to thousands of customers worldwide, connecting people, systems, and processes to find smarter ways to work.
You will drive customer outcomes, roadmaps, and value realization through hands‑on delivery and high‑level technical advisory.
Partner with sales, product success, and marketing to ensure seamless deployment of AI solutions.
Enablement Leadership: Lead GenAI enablement programs and develop Impact Accelerators to fast‑track customer value.
