Role: Purchasing Support Coordinator
The Solutions Purchaser will be responsible for the administration of Purchase Requisitions, converting to Purchase Orders and management of the whole process while interacting closely with all the Key Stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Finance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor open Purchase Requisitions, clear related issues and convert to Purchase Order on a timely manner.
- Place PO to vendor, secure order acknowledgement and ensure vendor’s delivery commitment is aligned with the customer requested delivery date.
- Monitor status of vendor’s PO, conduct regular follow up to ensure delivery per commitment, fix issues on delays and provide updates to key stakeholders.
- Support required documentation on shipping, custom clearing and other related documents.
