We are hiring a Purchasing Agent I to support a growing U.S.-based construction and operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong experience in purchase order management, vendor coordination, and materials tracking.

You will play a key role in ensuring that materials are ordered, tracked, and delivered accurately to support ongoing projects.

• Create and process daily purchase orders (POs) to ensure timely material delivery

• Track orders from placement through delivery, including handling backorders and delays

• Coordinate with project coordinators, field managers, and technicians on order status and issues

• Monitor shipments and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
