Purchasing Executive

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Degree in any field
• Interested in grocery/fresh/non-food product
• Mandarin literate is an added advantage
• Preferably 2 years working experience at similar position
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Strong organizational & time management skills
• Applicants must be willing to work in Pandamaran, Port Klang

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with suppliers and carry out negotiation.
• Looking for new suppliers & conduct market survey from time to time.
• Understand the consumer needs and the market trend.
• Control stocks flow including ensuring quality and timely stock arrival.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor and managing stock allocations to outlets and interpret sales forecast.
