Designation: Purchasing Executive

Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Executive to manage sourcing, supplier coordination, regulatory compliance, and shipment activities. The role requires strong knowledge of purchasing operations, supplier negotiations, and Malaysian regulatory standards, along with the ability to manage documentation and cross-border supplier communication.

Key Responsibilities

Purchasing & Supplier Management

• Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and timely delivery of materials
• Issue Purchase Orders and create/maintain Material Master records
• Manage shipment arrangements from PO issuance through arrival at warehouse or site
